𝘼𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙘\, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨. \nIt all began with a song connecting the mountains of Southern Italy to the peaks of Kurdistan by providing a common ground of resistance and solidarity.\nToday this profound nexus of true international solidarity is still the main motivation for artists to come together.\nNow we wish to share tales of reaching out to otherness and poems of travelers moving through theatrical routes. And music of course. Lots of music of love\, friendship\, dignity and resistance against any oppression.\nRu Paré is no doubt the place to be. SUMMARY:De Zomer in Mij
DESCRIPTION:De Zomer In Mij is een modern sprookje dat vertelt over eenzaamheid\, immigratie\, verschillende botsende culturen en vervreemding. De mens heeft het universele verlangen ergens bij te horen. Maar waarom is dat niet zo makkelijk en zijn veel mensen zo eenzaam? \nPaula\, de hoofdpersoon van ‘De zomer in mij’\, woont bijna 12.000 kilometer van haar geboorteplaats. Soms wordt die afstand overbrugd met een simpel telefoontje naar haar moeder. Soms is die afstand letterlijk een zee die niet kan worden overgestoken. \nDe Zomer In Mij is een poëtische poging om het ongrijpbare te benoemen van wat het is om buitenlander te zijn. Van wat het is en hoe het voelt om een taal te spreken en in een land te wonen dat niet van jou is. \n“Als je een plaats verlaat\, blijft een deel van jou daar achter. Je gaat dan op twee plekken wonen\, in twee landen\, in twee tegengestelde seizoenen. Iets in jou is verdeeld. Het is alsof je een geest hebt achtergelaten; iets dat vastgebonden is gebleven op de plek die je hebt achtergelaten. Of: alsof jij de geest bent op de plek waar jij nu woont”. \nDe Argentijns-Nederlandse actrice Paula Lima heeft een zinnenprikkelende muzikale theatervoorstelling gemaakt samen met muzikanten Guillermo Celano en Iman Spaargaren. \nDe tekst is van de prijswinnende Argentijnse tekstschrijver en regisseur Fabian Diaz. Abdel Daoudi is onze regisseur. \nDe voorstelling is met financiële ondersteuning van het Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst\, Stichting NORMA\, Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds\, Kattendijke Drucker Stichting\, Gemeente Haarlem en Stichting Marea tot stand gekomen. \nEntree is €5 – Ticket is te koop in onze ticketshop.
