Ze spelen Arabische\, Griekse en Turkse klassieke composities. Deze combineren ze met jazz en latin. \nIstanbul Midnight Project is een initiatief van Mediterraneo Band\, waarbij ze composities van klassieke Rebetiko en Ottomaanse stukken spelen. Deze geven ze een moderne twist.
